ElevYSoul inner development workshop for entrepreneurs

Eligibility and permitted use

Participation in ElevYSoul programs requires that you are authorized to enter into these Terms and use our services in accordance with applicable law. Our content and coaching are aimed at adult entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders seeking practical development scenarios and case-based learning.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for ElevYSoul programs. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Users must use the services lawfully and not for activities that infringe third-party rights, promote discrimination, or facilitate illegal conduct. Examples of prohibited uses include submitting case materials that violate confidentiality agreements.

Access to certain courses or features may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to local regulatory requirements. If a program is unavailable in your country, we will notify you during registration.

Account responsibilities

When creating an account with ElevYSoul you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts enable access to learning modules, coaching calendars, and case-study archives.

You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information. Example: updating billing details or a legal name used for certificates issued after program completion.

Protect your login credentials and use strong passwords. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take measures to secure your account and data.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing. For organizational licenses, administrative accounts can be assigned per contract terms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. We will follow documented incident response procedures and may suspend account access pending contribute.

ElevYSoul may suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect platform integrity. Suspension is applied after review and, where appropriate, prior notice.

Services provided

ElevYSoul offers curated programs, coaching, workshops, and resource libraries focusing on inner development for entrepreneurs. Content includes practical case studies, scenario-based exercises, assessments, and peer-learning sessions designed to support leadership growth.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features, courses, or schedules. When changes materially affect enrolled participants, we communicate options such as rescheduling, transfers, or pro-rated adjustments based on the specific course terms.

While we strive for high availability of our online platform and scheduling reliability for live sessions, occasional downtime or rescheduling may occur for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Case handling: participants affected by significant disruptions are offered reasonable alternatives.

User conduct rules

To maintain a professional and constructive environment, users must follow these conduct rules when participating in ElevYSoul activities and community spaces.

  • Respect confidentiality agreements and do not share sensitive client data in case studies without explicit consent.
  • Act professionally during live sessions and coaching interactions; harassment or abusive language is not permitted.
  • Use platform resources for legitimate learning and business development purposes only.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or non-public materials.
  • Attribute third-party content appropriately when shared in coursework or community discussions.
  • Follow facilitator instructions during workshops and accept constructive feedback as part of the learning process.
  • Report suspected policy violations or content concerns to ElevYSoul support for review and action.

User content and case materials

Participants often contribute case studies, reflections, and workshop artifacts. These terms clarify ownership, licensing, and responsibilities relating to user-submitted content.

You remain owner of content you create and submit, subject to any rights you grant ElevYSoul under these Terms and any contractual program agreements.

By submitting content you grant ElevYSoul a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the material for program delivery, internal evaluation, and anonymized educational examples. Example: anonymized participant reflections may be included in future cohorts as learning prompts.

You warrant that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality commitments. Practical case: removing or redacting client-identifying details before sharing real-world scenarios.

If you request removal of your content for valid reasons, we will evaluate and, where feasible, remove or anonymize materials used in ongoing courses, balancing operational constraints and legal obligations.

Intellectual property

All ElevYSoul original materials, including course content, assessments, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants may use materials for personal and organisational learning but must not reproduce distribution copies without permission.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute ElevYSoul course materials for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Do not create derivative products that replicate substantial parts of ElevYSoul curricula or proprietary assessments.
  • Respect activity usage; the name ElevYSoul is a protected brand and must not be used in ways that imply endorsement.

Paid services and programs

Certain ElevYSoul offerings require payment. These terms govern pricing, payments, subscriptions, and refunds for paid courses, coaching packages, and corporate programs.

Program fees are stated at the time of enrollment and may include tiered options based on access level, coaching hours, and bundled resources. Pricing examples and case scenarios are provided on ElevYSoul.info.

We accept payment methods listed at checkout on ElevYSoul.info. Full or installment payment options depend on the program. Payments are processed via our secure payment partners.

Subscription services auto-renew where indicated; participants can cancel per the subscription terms before the next billing date. Examples: monthly membership access to live case-study sessions.

Refund requests are considered per program terms and case circumstances. For workshops or coaching that are cancelled by ElevYSoul, participants are offered alternative scheduling or pro-rated refunds as applicable.

Participants may cancel enrollment according to program-specific cancellation policies published at registration. Organizational contracts contain tailored cancellation and replacement clauses.

Fees may be subject to applicable taxes. ElevYSoul will charge taxes as required by Swiss regulations and provide invoices with tax details when applicable.

We may adjust pricing for future enrollments. Participants currently enrolled are charged prices agreed at signup unless otherwise stated in special terms.

Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid content until outstanding amounts are settled. We will provide notices and reasonable opportunities to resolve billing issues.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ElevYSoul’s liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to fees paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies to cases where outcomes depend on participant actions and external factors.

Third-party services and partners

We work with service providers for payments, analytics, and content hosting. Third-party terms may apply when you use these integrated services. Example: a partner platform hosting anonymized case-study archives used for comparative learning.

Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate an agreement in line with the specific program terms. ElevYSoul may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or illegal activities impacting the community or platform integrity.

On termination, access to course content may be revoked. We will outline retention or retrieval options for participant records such as certificates, subject to program rules and legal requirements.

Privacy and data protection

ElevYSoul handles personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We apply data minimization, role-based access, and retention policies tailored to program operational needs while respecting participant rights.

Notices regarding account changes, billing, or policy updates are sent to the email address on file. Important program changes will also be posted on ElevYSoul.info and, when necessary, communicated via phone.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new services or legal requirements. Material changes are published with an updated effective date and, where they affect existing commitments, we will provide information on transitional arrangements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to Swiss legal procedures, unless parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.
